Project Overview: We were tasked with a comprehensive electrical installation as part of a major renovation at a home in Chaddesley Corbett. The project involved relocating the kitchen from one side of the house to the other and upgrading the bathroom’s electrical fittings to meet the client’s specific requirements.
Kitchen Installation:
- Lighting: Installation of 12 fire-rated downlights to ensure adequate and safe illumination.
- Power Supply: Installation of 6 high-output USB sockets to accommodate modern device charging needs.
- Appliance Isolation: Setting up isolation points for the dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, and under-counter heater for safety and convenience.
- Undercounter Lighting: Providing undercounter lights to enhance visibility and aesthetics in the kitchen workspace.
Bathroom Installation:
- Ventilation: Installation of a high-power in-line fan to address the inadequacy of previous conventional fans.
- Lighting: Fitting of 8 fire and IP-rated downlights for optimal lighting and safety.
- Additional Features: Installation of a shaver socket to meet the client’s grooming needs.
